Northwind's Maestro PMS is the workhorse of independent and luxury properties that need configurability without enterprise overhead. CLC quirks specific to Maestro
Custom payment-method codes hide CLC stays
Many Maestro properties create a custom payment-method code for CLC instead of using a standard virtual-card flag. This makes filtering CLC reservations from a generic export difficult, and it's the reason most Maestro properties never see a clean CLC-only revenue report.
Two-folio enforcement is configuration-dependent
Maestro can enforce two-folio architecture for CLC stays, but only if the property's folio routing rules are set up that way. Most aren't. Front desk staff end up posting incidentals to the company folio and the CheckINN card declines or short-pays.
